If the products aren’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll refund your purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thefixxritual.com with your order number or proof of purchase. Let us know which products weren’t right for you.

There’s no need to send the products back, keep the original packaging or arrange return shipping.

When to expect your refund

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post it.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, please contact hello@thefixxritual.com

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email hello@thefixxritual.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

We’ll do our best to accommodate a request for cancellation or modification of your order within 2 hours after your order is placed. Cancellation and modifications are not possible after your order has been processed.
