Order Processing
We begin preparing your order shortly after it is places, so we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed, This includes your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@thefixxritual.com if you have made an error on your order.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. Please check your shipping confirmation email for your delivery timeframe and tracking number. Canada Post ground standard is 2 - 9 days, depending on where you are located.
In the unlikely event your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thefixxritual.com.
The Fixx Ritual will not be responsible for stolen or unretreived orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you closely monitor delivery of your shipment via your tracking number.

We ship by Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping within Canada is free for orders $75.00+.

USA Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not offer free shipping to the USA at this time. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories or military EU addresses.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Fixx Ritual is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thefixxritual.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
